About the Author

Phil Cowcill

Phil Cowcill started multimedia development in 1984 creating Interactive Laser Videodiscs (IVD). He started developing Authorware applications in 1993. In 1995, Phil became the Coordinator of Canadore College's Interactive Multimedai Post-Graduate program and has taught Authorware full-time since he began. Phil was successful at obtaining his Macromedia Certified Professional certification in 2003. Most recently he was invited to be a member of the Authorware Advisory Council. Over the years, Phil has had the opportunity to speak at many multimedia and educational conferences, including TAAC.

Phil has also written a book for the Web Warrior Series titled "Application Development with Dreamweaver MX 2004 using ASP.NET."
